Avaya Partner Messaging

Avaya offers two Avaya Partner Messaging options: PARTNER voice messaging, and PARTNER messaging. Features available include Unified Messaging (voice and email integration), Auto Copy (allows consolidation of voice messages left in several boxes into a single voicemail box), Message Previews (flexible playback options), Centrex call transferring (allows messaging integration across multiple locations), and features for cell phone users that allow content scans with minimal keystrokes.

Avaya Partner ACS. Avaya's PARTNER Advanced Communications System (ACS) is a flexible phone system that offers capabilities that streamline information flow, lower communication costs, and promise to help workers communicate more effectively. Features of the Avaya Partner Messaging system include Caller ID, DSL and T1 connectivity, wired and wireless handsets, and a wide variety of messaging options. Imagine having an inbound call ring at your desk, as well as on your wireless phone, or accessing voice messages from anywhere in the world, the Partner ACS system enables these features plus more. An easy modular design for feature additions (using PCMCI-based cards) enables business users to customize the system to meet their individual needs.

Telephone Equipment. Avaya offers a range of wired telephones for the Partner system, including a basic 6-button unit, to the Avaya 18D (2 line, caller Id, display, feature buttons) and the 34D, which expands the feature buttons and is suitable as an attendant console. Wireless handsets are also available in a full-featured Transtalk phone, or any cell phone can be integrated with the system using the Cell Phone Connect feature option.
